I have completed detailed estimate of adding a new AC split system into the addition of the house, and replacing the current system, estimate will be sent by the end of the day.

MFG DATE: 7/2021 MFG: Trane Model number : 4TWR7060A1000DC Upon arrival the client stated that the system has been good. The air filter is located in the garage underneath of air handler. The filter is in a okay condition. The duct work is located in attic. Ducting connection to AH is sealed and intact. Air handler is located in garage on podium. I removed the service panel from the unit. Tightened all electrical connections. Sanitized interior of air handler, Return temperature was 70 degrees. Supply temperature was 50 degrees. Outdoor unit is located ground. Removed the service panel from the unit. Cleaned all debris from the electrical compartment. Tightened high voltage on the contactor switch. Contactor pads are good. The Compressor was measured at 8.8 amps and is rated for a max amp draw of 28 amps. Refrigerant type is 410. Refrigerant pressures were 130/310 with a 10 degree subcool. Superheat was measured at 18 degrees. Outdoor temperature was 80 degrees. Washed the outdoor co

Cleaned the drain line and flushed it with a bleach solution. Everything is working properly now.

When I showed up, outdoor unit did not have 240 volt going into it. After checking breaker panel, I determined that main breaker had to be replaced. Explain everything to customer and homeowner agreed to replace the breaker. At this time everything works properly

Installation complete, all the start up steps required by manufacture are complete. System started, refrigerant level adjusted, everything is working properly upon departure.

Main Control board for upstair unit is fried, will need to be replaced, customer will get updates as soon as we have the board in hand. Recommendation: Surge protection to be installed on Disconnect Box

Upon arrival, I completed the diagnostic and found that the compressor blowout a plug pins due to a high shortage inside of the compressor, Entire refrigerant came out, recommendation to replace the system. Estimate will be sent as soon as I get to the office

Upon arrival, customer mentioned that the system is not working because when they set the temperature on their thermostat, it doesn’t stay with it and thermostat automatically reset temperature to the higher settings. I completed the detailed diagnostic, checking compressor, fan motor and blower motor, followed by all the mechanical components, and found no issues. Besides thermostat being defaulted, customer provided a brand new thermostat, which I installed it and complete all the required test to make sure system is working properly upon departure. Recommendation: Install a surge protection for the package AC unit to protect from power surge which is crucial, especially through the Thunderstorm season. UV light installation is recommended to improve air quality, quote for both of these items will be emailed shortly.

The mini split condenser can be installed on the left side from the current condensers location, as the way to camouflage the unit so it wont be visible, the bushes can be planned around see pictures attached for proposal way to do it. Estimate with descriptions will be sent out shortly.

Installation of the heat pump split system complete, every test been done and system is working properly

Maintenance on both Daikin Fit Split Systems is complete. Both systems been tested and they are running and operating properly, units been washed and cleaned.

Estimate for separate 1.5 ton system to cool down the kitchen section will be sent today.

Upon arrival, I found that the unit is completely out of refrigerant and needs replacement due to a system being supplied by R-22 refrigerant, Call the home warranty and completed the required information and they will be getting back to us with the final decision on the system

Upon the arrival, I complete the visual inspection of air handler and found no mold or biological growth, recommended to install a UV light to keep it that way since the system is fairly new, also Customer requested a mini split quote for her master Bedroom Which will be sent out shortly.

Upon completing the diagnostic found that the unit is low on refrigerant,(evaporator coil leaking) Contacted the landlord and explain him the problem, after conversation he verbally agreed to replace the air handler, which is will call right now and will be installed on Thursday.
