Replacement of the DATS Censor is complete, the test has been done, and the system is working properly.

Upon completing the diagnostic, I found that the system is low on refrigerant. I attempt to find the leak with electronic leak detector and detector went off at evaporator coil section, offer the customer solutions and agreed on temporarily repair.(Adding refrigerant) And finding out if system was registered to get a coil by warranty.

Upon arrival, I found the evaporator coil half frozen. I completed the defrost process and checked the pressure, which was good. I adjusted the TXV to bring the superheat lower. The system was working properly upon departure.

Upon arrival, customer mentioned that the previous HVAC company told them that the zoning board they have on the wall is not operable and can be removed so the Drywall personnel while doing work cut the wires to that board which led to the AC stopped working, I came out and complete the reconnection, ran a system test, everything working properly at the time of the departure .

Upon arrival, I complete the diagnostic on the system and found that the system is completely out of refrigerant, I continue with the searching of the leak using electronic detector and found a visual oil stain on evaporator coil and confirmed that with electronic leak detector, recommendation will be to replace evaporator coil to get the system up and running or the entire air handler.

TXV got replaced, pressure was adjusted, all the tests were complete, system is working properly upon departure.

Customer mentioned that the other company that came out and found that the reversing valve is not getting energized so they jumped RC wire with reverse terminal to get AC going temporally. Upon completing the diagnostic, I found that the thermostat is not passing the right amount of amps to get reversing valve energized, luckily homeowner had a new thermostat and I made replacement, complete the system test, and everything was working properly on departure.
